Auditions for Joseph
ACT One is hosting auditions for its spring show: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on January 13 and 15. Ages 11-Adult will audition on Tuesday, January 13 from 5:30-8:30. Thursday, January 15 audition times are ages 8-12 from 5:30-8:30 and ages 5-7 from 4:30-5:00. Cost is $130 for the first child and $115 for additional siblings. Juniors (ages 5-7) are $75. Mighty Warriors Dinner
You’re invited to the annual Winter Mighty Road Warriors Dinner for chili and soup at the Daly’s house (Cindy and Pat), Saturday, January 24. This will be a time for fellowship and food as we gather to eat, visit and watch DVD’s of previous rides and campouts produced by our own Kent Rathjen. Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm. GriefShare
This course is designed to help you recover from the deep hurt that comes with the loss of someone close to you. Your Grief Share ex perience includes three key elements for helping you deal with the process. Each section includes pages for taking notes during the vid eotapes, a special “On Your Own” section to assist you and encour age you between sessions and a weekly journal to help you measure your progress on the journey through grief. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm in the Hospitality Room.

H.O.P.E. Ministry offers hope to those seeking to grow in the Lord and gain freedom from addictions, codependency, and other types of life’s hurts. We meet Thursdays in the Multi Purpose room from 6:45 pm– 8:30 pm. You can experience support, ministry, and friendship with others seeking victory and increased freedom in these areas. This is great instruction from a man who built his church from the prayer room. MAP Class - Cost $8.00 Our MAP Class and discipleship coordination process are designed to focus on your individual spiritual growth. Through personal assessments, interactive teaching and one-on-one conversations, you will chart a course to meaningful personal growth at Harmony Vineyard. The course facilitator is Beth Hey. Important Notice: Effective with the 2009 winter classes, January 21st – February 25th, we will ask individuals to pre-pay for the class materials. This can be done either online or registering and paying at a table in the foyer on Sundays and Wednesdays starting today. The deadline for the Winter Class session is January 7. Only those who pre-pay will have a book purchased and available to them the evening of the first class. No books will be provided without payment. Late purchasers and late class attendees can still purchase books but will also be charged the additional shipping and handling fees. |
Welcome to Harmony
to invite you to attend our Welcome to Harmony class. Our next class will be on Saturday, January 10, 2009 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and is led by Pastors John Brown and Doug Day. come and learn about what we believe, our church’s history, and have your questions answered. Angel Food Distribution
You can find order forms for January orders in the foyer. Submit your form and your payment together and drop in the offering boxes. Deadline for ordering is the January 11. Food distribution is January 24th.
Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that provides grocery relief to communities throughout the United States. Angel Food’s groceries are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $30 per unit. Each month’s menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $60-75.
Anyone may participate and there is no limit to the amount you can purchase, no forms to fill out and no qualifications to meet. Food stamps and debit cards are accepted. Call Tamara Baker for more info at 816-452-0477.
