CANCELLATION POLICY

Periodically there are times that we need to cancel services or events due to snow and/or ice. Our cancellation information can be found as follows:

  • An email blast will be sent out to those on the Harmony Announcements email list. In addition to cancellation information this list is used to communicate information regarding funerals, needs or events. You can signup for this list by clicking HERE.
  • Closing information will be posted on the official Harmony Facebook page.
  • An announcement will be recorded on the church answering machine.
  • We will notify Kansas City TV stations 4, 5, 9 and 41 and they will display the cancellations on air.

Please note that our office follows the same schedule as the North Kansas City School District for inclement weather. If the schools are closed, our office is closed. If there is a 2-hour delay, our office will have a 2-hour delay.
